AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract)
- We Offer Two Types Of AMC
AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract)
- We will be deputing experienced supervisor with 2 to 4 workers with Uniform will attend the services.
- A Log Book will be opened and work done will be certified at both the ends.
- Essential Spares will be purchased and kept in your stock at your cost.
- We will prevent the breakdown and keep the efficiency high.
- The AMC will be done during the night time without affecting your Schedule.
- A Service number will be provided to you and contact our Director to ensure satisfactory services.
- Standby Equipments will be offered subject to Availability.
NON COMPREHENSIVE
- The Service Engineer with 2 to 4 workers with Uniform will attend the Services.
- The Service is based on Oncall (or) Fixed Schedule times.
- All the Spares will be charged Extra at actuals.
- Standby Equipments will be charged Extra at Actuals.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
- All Equipments will be inspected for any LPG gas leakages, Steam Line Leakages, up to the Equipments (Limited to inside the kitchen area and Dining Area)
- Loosened Components will be tightened as and when required after daily routine inspection.
- Necessary gaskets, sealants, and fasteners will be provided based on site requirements.
- Routine Inspection will be carried out for any Electrical Leakages, Malfunctioning, worn out, Electrical spares of electrical appliances inside the Kitchen premises.
- Trolley wheels, will be checked for any malfunctioning, noisy operation, wear & tear etc.,

COLD ROOM SUPPLY & INSTALLATION
INSULATION
Press injected rigid polyurethane panels having tongue and groove joints with cam lock
Fasteners (KASON – USA) every one meter. Thickness 100 mm, Density 40 Kg/m3
WALL & CEILING
Wall and ceiling panels are cladded with 25-micron polyester coated galvanized steel
Sheet, shallow ribbed to increase the panel rigidity and appearance.
FLOOR
The floor panels are same as that of wall panels but finished with 12mm marine plywood And aluminum checkered plate on top.
DOOR
The cold room cold room will be supplied with 01 No. Hinged Door of size 900 x 1900 MM, made from polyurethane panel of same thickness and material of wall panel And complete with KASON (U.S.A) hinges, lock accessories with heater (Total 01 Door)
FIRE RATING
Meets flame retardancy requirements according to DIN 4102 Class B3 and according to ASTM D 1692 and ISO 3582 test. (Self-extinguishing foam).
REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT
The cold room will be equipped with 1No. Air-cooled condensing unit with matching
Evaporator, together with European makes related accessories to facilitate automatic
Operation. (Total 01 unit)
OPTION#1): Cond. Unit. Tecumseh (France) (Hermetic) or
Cond. Unit. Dorin/ Bitzer/ Copeland (Semi-hermetic)
LIGHTING
Vapor proof corrosion-resistant low fluorescent lights will be provided for sufficient Lighting in the rooms.
ACCESSORIES
All necessary accessories for the erection of cold room including internal flashings, external Flashings, rivets, silicone sealants are included.
Refrigeration accessories like the expansion valve, solenoid valve, heat exchanger, sight Glass, shut off valve, filter drier, vibration eliminator, high low-pressure control, Thermostat, suction line, liquid line piping, insulation for the suction line, refrigerant Charge, electrical wiring will be provided.
CONTROL PANEL
Control panel will be equipped with a digital microprocessor controller, specifically Designed for refrigeration systems to program defrost, compressors, evaporators and Temperature.
DRAIN:
With 1” Dia drain line from the evaporators will be provided.
AIR VENT
Pressure port will be installed to equalize pressure between interior and exterior.
WARRANTY
One-year warranty including parts, service, and maintenance included. Warranty for the The compressor will be one year from the date of the supplier’s invoice.
